Love, Helen is the story of Helen's journey while slowly clearning out the closet of her heart following the death of her beloved mother. She was not prepared to lose her. She kept busy, swallowing every feeling. Then she began to write letters. Her heart broke wide open; the flood of blocked emotions poured out. Finally she was able to accept her mother's death. Her deepest hope is that these letter will bring the reader a sense of peace as well.
